Position Purpose The purpose of this position is to help ICI customers and partners build solid IT and communication solutions of enterprise and telecom classes. OTA needs to understand customers’ business and technical needs, translate the needs in to mainstream market supplies, validate the designs and technical details, and architect each solution into an executable proposal. Primary Duties and Responsibilities · Use Cisco, Huawei and other vendors’ resources (account team, configuration portal, etc.) to build and validate technical solution. · Calculate each project’s cost and value. · Back-end technical support to field delivery of solutions, as the designer. · Advise the customers with solid knowledge, experience and market intelligence. · Keep professional documentation of each project. Professional Qualities · Understand Cisco and Huawei routing, switching, basic security and servers. · Cisco CCNP+ or Huawei HCNP+ certificate is preferred · Hands-on experience is preferred. · Technical writing skills to produce clear technical documentation. · Interested in international trading. · Familiar with Microsoft Office software suite. · Proficient oral and written English. · Accept domestic and international traveling. Salary and Welfare · 8,000 RMB (after-tax) during probation period. The probation period is 2 months. · 10,000+ RMB (after-tax) after probation period passed. · Quarter-based bonus after probation period passed. · 5 insurances & housing fund of Beijing. · 5-day Pay-Time-Off (PTO) after 1 year of joining the company.
